This year we unveiled our Pendleton Pet collection (which is shipping free this month, November 2015). It’s been so much fun to see Pendleton’s National Park designs translated into high quality beds, collars, coats and leads. Our Ambassadogs have been having some fun with their new gear over on our Instagram.
Everyone knows Loki the Wolfdog, whose life is one grand adventure, and occasionally takes us along via GoPro.
He has almost 700K followers on Instagram!
He’s a low-content wolf/Husky/Malamute mix, and his people like Pendleton, too.
So, he’s not charging up snowy mountains, but Leroy (of Life with Leroy) loves his city life in San Francisco. And hey, have you seen Lombard Street?
Leroy is a sweet little terrier who likes lkeeping track of his people and giving his Pendleton Pet gear a good workout. Did someone say “walk”?
And then, there’s sweet Rusty Rodas, a gentler Golden Retriever who likes our clothes…
…almost as much as he likes his Pendleton Pet bed.
We’re always on the lookout for Pendleton Petbassadors. If you’re on Instagram, enter our Instagram contest by tagging your best pet photos today through Monday and let us see your best friend. And we just want you to show us your pet–Pendleton products are entirely optional in your photo! Details here: @PendletonWM
And remember, Pendleton Pet ships free in November!
You can’t bring your dog to work at Pendleton (yet) but we are just as crazy about dogs as everyone else in Oregon. This is a city that loves its canines, with off-leash parks, dog daycares, and businesses that encourage you to enjoy patio seating with your pooch.
When we decided to launch Pendleton for Pets, we went looking for some fine canines to serve as ambassadogs for our new line. We often feature them on our Instagram, and sometimes they appear in your email inbox.
Since it’s National Dog Day, we’d like to introduce you to our Pendleton Petbassadors.
Leroy is a photogenic terrier who appreciates the finer things in life, like laps, walks and warm fires. You can follow along with his adventures on Instagram.
Loki the Wolfdog is an Instagram favorite. He spends most of his time on adventures that take him offleash and off the beaten path. You can follow his adventures on Instagram and Facebook.
Rusty Rodas is a charming Golden Retriever who takes adorable photos in clothing on Instagram. When he’s not modeling, he relaxes in style.
Enjoy National Dog Day, and be sure to check out our line for pets when you can. Your best friend loves Pendleton, too!
There’s a new way to share your love of Pendleton with your best buddy, and it’s finally here.
Pendleton Pet includes an assortment of beds, collars, leads and jackets.
All sizes are included, from the tiniest to the largest. Your dog is really going to enjoy this. And so will you, of course.
These are offered in National Park blanket stripes representing U.S. National Parks; Acadia, Badlands, Crater Lake, Grand Canyon, Great Smoky Mountains, Rainier, Rocky Mountain, Yellowstone, Yosemite and Glacier. Yes, your best friend can recline in the finest Pendleton Pet style, or take his walks on a Park Stripe leash, and show his commitment to preserving our National Treasures with his Park Stripe collar and his spiffy little National Park dog coat.
Doesn’t your best friend deserve the best? We know you share your favorite Pendleton blankets with your best friends all the time. We have photographic evidence!
So check out the new line and see what’s right for your dog. And if you Instagram, please tag with #PendletonPet. We’d love to see the line at work.
More information on Pendleton Pet can be found here. And remember, your purchase of these products helps to support the National Park Foundation. More information here.
Welcome to Caturday, courtesy of the @pendletonwm Instagram.
When we put this post together, we realized that four of the shots are of the same kitty! #Skogkatt is photogenic, as seen here on one of the special blankets we’ve done for the Ace Hotel.
A cat isn’t usually much for camping, but can totally enjoy one of our Yakima Camp blankets.
This pretty Blue has a transfixing gaze, and a Journey West blanket as a background.
Here’s Skogkatt again, looking very mid-century.
We wonder if this cat’s people selected this Basket Dance blanket in part because it coordinates so perfectly with this tabby.
Inquisitive tri-color on a Chief Joseph blanket.
Another Chief Joseph, another tri-color. This is very nap-inspiring, yes?
Tri-color kitten, and one of the special throws we did for One King’s Lane.
#Skogkatt returns, having taken over the crafting basket. You can learn about our fabrics and other craft supplies at our Woolen Mill Store.
That’s all we have for #caturday. We would like to point out that the #pendledogs are winning, on Instagram. We thought cats ruled the internet?

Same with Foster, who is enamored of his Pendleton scrap toy.
It’s true that cats rule the Internet. It’s also clear that cats rule Instagram, if you compare the ‘likes’ on a cat Instagram to the ‘likes’ on a dog Instagram. But Man’s Best Friend is long-suffering and waits his turn. Today, we bring you a collection of Pendleton Dogs from Instagram. All photos used with permission.
A little terrier, a Glacier National Park Blanket, a cup of coffee. Life is officially complete.
